The conference

We recognize the importance of dialogue and knowledge sharing between these legacy businesses to begin building a community.

Legacy businesses encounter unique challenges when embarking on an agile transformation.

To address these challenges, we aim to empower their agile efforts by bringing them together with other organizations. To share invaluable experiences, learnings and personal “a-ha!” moments.

Behind the scenes

We collaborated with our client A1 Telekom Austria to make this conference happen.

Alongside speakers from A1, we also heard from representatives of over 20 other organizations, including KEBA AG, Erste Group Bank AG, Hamburger Hochbahn AG, Raiffeisen Software GmbH, Swisscom Schweiz AG, BMW Group and many more.

EA 2020

This year we focus on business, technology and people during the agile transformation of established organizations.
